Rolly’s Brownies is based in Weymouth on the Dorset Coast, run by Helen Adams (née Rollinson – hence the name!) Celebrating our 10th Anniversary at the end of 2019 we think we must be doing something right!
We have been supplying local shops and café’s in Dorset and a little further afield, starting the Shop Brownies online in 2013 – so even more people can enjoy some of the best brownies in the South West!
Still working from home, but now in a purpose built out-kitchen, Helen bakes to order using the best ingredients possible including free-range eggs from Sherborne and organic stoneground flour from Stoate and Sons in Shaftesbury. This ensures you get the freshest, gooiest brownies delivered to your door.
We have received some wonderful recognition for both our brownies and flapjacks over the years in the Great Taste awards and Taste of the West, having won “Best Sweet Bakery” on two occasions!
