5 tips for the Perfect Brownie

  1. Use good quality ingredients - including free range eggs and butter not margarine. 
  2. Use a good dark chocolate that is at least 50% cocoa
  3. A slower bake on a lower heat will give you nice gooey brownies - try reducing the oven temperature by 10 Degrees and see how they turn out. 
  4. Brownies keep cooking when they come out the oven so take them out when they still have a little wobble on top.
  5. If none of the above convince you to give baking them a go then head on over to the shop!
